Stains get sealed, not covered
Water staining bleeds back through waterborne paint within weeks. It gets a stain-blocking sealer first, every time — and we flag the leak to you.
Ceilings, Doors & More
A perfect wall under a patchy ceiling still reads as a patchy room. Detail work gets its own prep and its own coats.

Where we can take a door off and spray it, we do. A sprayed door has no brush texture and reads as new joinery rather than a repaint.
Ceilings get a genuine flat, not a low-sheen. Anything with sheen picks up every roller lap and plaster imperfection under downlights.
